Conditions for the digital gift cards:

The digital gift card will be sent by email immediately after payment is received. The digital gift card can be redeemed on the artwithme.at website during the booking process. It is only valid for the price of the tour, and museum tickets must be purchased separately. The gift card has no expiry date and is non-refundable.

Printed gift voucher

If you would like to order an elegantly designed gift voucher, please provide the following information at :

• Name of the tour
• Whether or not tickets for the museum are to be included in the price. If so, for how many people
• Whether the price should be shown on the voucher
• Whether you would like to receive the voucher by email (PDF file) or by post (sent with Austrian Post)

Conditions for the gift voucher:

Upon receiving your order details, we will send you an invoice for payment. Once payment is received, the voucher will be dispatched within 24 hours, depending on your chosen delivery method. When selecting the item, please note the delivery time. To redeem the voucher, send a message via email or WhatsApp with the specified code. Vouchers cannot be refunded and do not expire.
